Canberra Day open mat & sparring

Monday the 9th of March is Canberra day and we will be hosting an open mat/sparring session.

Nil classes will be run over the weekend or on the Monday, however we will be running an open mat from 1:30 – 3pm.

Rock in, have some fun. All are welcome as long as they bring positive energy and attitudes!
