DC Ladies Day- 2nd Sparring Edition

We will be kicking things off a bit earlier this time at 12pm on Saturday 18th May 2024 at DCHQ & we are looking to build on the awesome turn out from our first session so don’t hesitate ladies, encourage your friends, training buddies, family, strangers off the street, etc to come in & throw some leather with the aim of building the Female combat sports community in Canberra!!!

This event is open to all striking styles, experience levels & ages. Newcomers/first timers to sparring are highly encouraged to attend, there will be experienced athletes on hand to help & encourage you on the day
