Doug Kaegi is Back at Dark Carnival – Kimura and spider guard workshops

We’re excited to welcome Doug Kaegi back to Dark Carnival on Saturday, 10 October for two dedicated Jiu-Jitsu workshops.

Doug will be diving deep into two very different areas of the game, with a No-Gi Kimura workshop in the morning followed by a Gi Spider Guard workshop in the afternoon.

Kimura Workshop – No-Gi

9:00am – 11:00am

Explore the Kimura beyond the submission. Doug will break down the position as a powerful system for control, transitions, attacks and creating opportunities throughout the No-Gi game.

Spider Guard Workshop – Gi

12:00pm – 2:00pm

Spend the afternoon developing your Spider Guard, with a focus on establishing effective control, creating movement and building reliable attacking options from the position.
