How To Deal With Difficult People & Mental Game Performance Workshop

Saturday, 2 November 2019

As part of Dark Carnivals’ ongoing commitment to developing their students and clients ability to deal with adversity on and off the mats, we are proud to be hosting the first of our DC PsyCore (Psychology Core) workshops.

Saturday 2nd November, Ash Read will take participants through an engaging workshop designed to provide you the tools to not only deal with, but understand, difficult people.

Through his many years in psychology and professional employment, as well as being a life time martial artist, Ash brings all his learned and life experience into the presentation which we assure you will be enlightening.

After a short break, DC Head Coach Mitch will take you through the first steps of mental game training to help identify and reduce stress on and off the mats. Our minds are incredibly powerful, simultaneously the greatest bane and boon.

Learn some tips and tricks to help you become more mindful in your day to day and achieve meditation in motion throughout.

Participants will then be treated to a BBQ and welcome to jump in the ice bath to test their new found skills.
