Seminar Fundraisers

Saturday 18th of January Dark Carnival will be hosting 3 workshops to raise funds for the RFS and various wildlife groups.

0900 – 1100 PSYCORE – Meditation in Motion (calm in the chaos)
Keeping your mind calm during the midst of chaos can be difficult. This is a hands on workshop to help keep your mind on task and not in the way.

1130 – 1:30pm Womens Self Defence
Specifically looking at dealing with scenarios of being pushed to, or held to the ground.

2pm – 4pm Red Zone Knife Defence
Navigating the reality of a situation where an edged weapon is present. Closing the distance, control and getting the weapon out of play.

All levels of experience are welcome.

Dark Carnival- 69 Dundas Court, Phillip ACT 2606.

Who?
Ages 15+

Cost?
Cost is via donation at Dark Carnival or proof of donation in support of the ongoing efforts in this time of disaster for people, land and animals due to bush fires.
All funds raised will be donated towards RFS and various wildlife funds.
